Schedule Opens Every Month On The 20TH at 10 AM

Arrive To Your Appointment on Time


Hair Condition Requirements (extra fees may apply if requirements are not met)

  • Hair detangled (completely combed out)

  • Free from recent style

  • Free from braids


Once service is booked, one week notification is required to change service.


Consultation is required for the following services 

  • All Color Services

  • New Clients 

  • Loc Extensions


Cancellation Policy

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE

  • APPOINTMENTS CANCELED 48 HOURS OR LESS FROM THE APPOINTMENT DATE, WILL RESULT IN A $50 FEE

  • NO CALL NO SHOW & SAME DAY CANCELLATION WILL RESULT IN NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AND TOTAL CHARGE TO CARD ON FILE

SALON FAQs 

 
Can my hair be trimmed curly?
  • With such a diverse group of clients, we cut both wet and dry hair. Your hair can be pressed, wet or blow dried and then trimmed. Whatever your preference, we can accommodate.
 
Is the hair included if I want extensions?
  • We do not provide the hair. However, there is a beauty supply store located near the salon.
 
Can I bring my own natural products to be used during my service?
  • Yes, you are welcome to bring anything you would like used on your hair besides raw food products like eggs, mayonnaise, etc.
 
Can I get my hair relaxed at the salon?
  • We do not use relaxers, keratin or texturizers at Natural Tresses.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept cash and all major credit cards except American Express. We do not accept checks.
