  • If you have to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24 hour notice. All same day cancellations will require a $25 cancellation fee.


  • Salon services cannot be refunded. If you are not happy with your services, please inform management before leaving.


  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled at the discretion of the stylist.


  • Please book your appointment as early as one week prior to your desired appointment time. We prefer that you rebook your appointments before leaving the salon.


  • Stylists cannot give out their personal information (such as phone number, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for any reason (or vice versa). All appointments and business must be handled directly with the salon.


  • To discuss concerns or ask questions about caring for your Natural Hair, a consultation is required. The consultation fee is $20, and it goes toward your first service.


  • If scheduling with the salon owner, please be mindful that she is not just a stylist, but also a business owner. Your patience is greatly appreciated!


Can my hair be trimmed curly?
  • With such a diverse group of clients, we cut both wet and dry hair. Your hair can be pressed, wet or blow dried and then trimmed. Whatever your preference, we can accommodate.
Is the hair included if I want extensions?
  • We do not provide the hair. However, there is a beauty supply store located near the salon.
Can I bring my own natural products to be used during my service?
  • Yes, you are welcome to bring anything you would like used on your hair besides raw food products like eggs, mayonnaise, etc.
Can I get my hair relaxed at the salon?
  • We do not use relaxers, keratin or texturizers at Natural Tresses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept cash and all major credit cards except American Express. We do not accept checks.
