ABOUT US
With the vision of "Embracing and Caring for Beautiful, Healthy, Natural Hair", Natural Tresses was founded in December 2009 in Pembroke Pines, FL by Tonya Collins, one year after her own natural hair journey began.
Everywhere that Tonya went, people stopped to ask her about her hair, the products that she used, and if she could do their hair or give them any suggestions. She then went back to her roots. Her mother and grandmother were licensed cosmetologists, so Tonya decided that it was time to become licensed to do natural hair.
After searching for products to use on her hair, there were very few that she liked. Tonya began experimenting with butters and oils that she found were not only good for her hair, but that her hair liked as well. She started using these products on her clients' hair, and they loved them too. Their positive feedback and responses about the products, along with constant requests for the use of the products outside of the salon, inspired the Natural Tresses All Natural Hair Care line.
Tonya says that embracing her natural hair had such a positive impact on her life, and she prays that she can also help others in their journey to having Healthy, Beautiful, Natural Hair!

Booking Pricing
Speaker fees start at $100 and are based on the day of the week, the amount of hours, and the location of the event. Once you provide the information about your event, you will be sent an invoice that includes the total booking fee.
Booking Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, and it will be deducted from the total speaking fee. All potential bookings must be made at least one month in advance. If you must reschedule your event due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the speaker as soon as possible.
